COURSE 1 : Chi Kung, Tai Chi and Meditation

DAY COURSE IN EALING for beginners and all levels

Concessions available on request to students and unemployed. 

 

You can start this course at any time, but if after third week, then a private one to one fundamentals introductory session is recommended. £35 for half hour session prior to class.

COURSE 2 CHI KUNG, TAI CHI and Meditation

MONDAY EVENING COURSE IN CHISWICK

 

Chi Kung, Tai Chi and Meditation for Beginners and all levels

  • Tai Chi - form practice. Infinite Tai Chi 
  • Mindful movement and breathwork
  • Bodywork, self massage and Tapping

  • Standing and sitting meditation

 

Monday 23rd April 2018 at 19.30 - 20.45 pm

NO CLASS ON BANK HOLIDAY WEEKS

 

Cost: £120 for 8 SESSIONS

COURSE 3  - Awaken to your heartfelt Presence -       Mindfulness, Qigong and Meditation

SATURDAY MORNING COURSE IN CHISWICK

This course emphasises a Qigong practice with an emphasis on heart mindfulness and presence, which allows one to begin to integrate energy of mind, body and heart to enhance your mental, emotional and physical well being on a regular basis.

 

The course will consist of specific mindfulness practices along with specific Qigong exercises, combining western and eastern practices in the art of awareness, breathwork and stillness of both body and mind.

 

Course 3 will consist of 4 modules on following dates

2ND JUNE 2018

9TH JUNE 2018

16TH JUNE 2018

 

All Saturdays at 11.00 am to 1.00 pm

 

 

Cost: £160 for 4 modules of 2 hours

Cant make a course or workshop then why not try out our PEP, personalised

exercise plan, which consists of 3 private one hour sessions and a plan of chi kung exercises to give you a daily routine of 15 -20 minutes practice. The exercises

will be chosen for your particular needs.
