This course will focus on cultivating heartfelt presence which will allow one to begin to integrate energy of mind, body and heart to enhance your mental, emotional and physical well being on a regular basis.
The course will consist of specific Meditation and mindfulness practices along with specific Qigong exercises, combining western and eastern practices in the art of awareness, breathwork and stillness of both body and mind.

exercise plan, which consists of 3 private one hour sessions and a plan of chi kung exercises to give you a daily routine of 15 -20 minutes practice. The exercises
will be chosen for your particular needs.
