A Heartfelt Mindful Practice

Here at Chi Moves we combine heartfelt mindfulness, breath awareness,

gentle movement, energy work and meditation to help you reduce stress

in your daily life.

 

All courses are skill orientated, so that you can empower yourself with the ability to reduce your stress levels within a regular practice of 15 - 20

minutes a day.

Awaken into Heartfelt Presence                                              Meditation, Qigong and Heart Mindfulness                     Course starts in September 2018

 

This course will focus on cultivating heartfelt presence which will allow one to begin to integrate energy of mind, body and heart to enhance your mental, emotional and physical well being on a regular basis.

 

The course will consist of specific Meditation and mindfulness practices along with specific Qigong exercises, combining western and eastern practices in the art of awareness, breathwork and stillness of both body and mind.

 

 

Course will consist of 8 modules starting on:

 

22nd September 2018

 

All Saturdays at 11.00 am to 1.00 pm

 

 

Cost: £300 for 8 modules of 2 hours 

Includes complimentary herbal tea, filtered water and handouts

        

Venue: West London studio, Chiswick .W4 1 EG

Cant make a course or workshop then why not try out our PEP, personalised

exercise plan, which consists of 3 private one hour sessions and a plan of chi kung exercises to give you a daily routine of 15 -20 minutes practice. The exercises

will be chosen for your particular needs.
