This is about you learning a Self Care system, that includes

 

Moving Meditations incorporating specific Chi Kung and Tai Chi movements.

 

Also included in the course will be: -

 

  • Body tapping to activate meridians
  • Meridian stretching
  • Chi Massage
  • Healing Meditation
  • Mindfulness and Breathwork
  • Relaxation
  • Group coaching - developing your own Daily Self Care Routine

 

These practices will assist you to clear your energy system and harness your Chi in order maintain your energy system for true health and well being.

 

You will also be able to have a daily practice that only takes 15 - 20 minutes a day that will put you back into a positive healing state and you will feel more balanced and have a greater sense of well being.

 

The course is open to all and is ideal for therapists, carers, teachers, coaches and healers. 

Also Yoga and Pilates teachers will find the course beneficial as to add to their

teaching practice to bring more flow and energy. 

 

Students will learn to bring more subtle energy awareness to their life and awaken to a deeper inner connection to the heart centre and essence.

 

 

Level 1 Course will consist of 4 modules on following dates:

 

23rd September, 30th September, 7th October and 14th October

 

All Saturdays at 11.00 am to 1.00 pm

 

Cost: £150 for 4 modules of 2 hours.

Includes complimentary herbal tea, filtered water and handouts

Cant make a course or workshop then why not try out our PEP, personalised

exercise plan, which consists of 3 private one hour sessions and a plan of chi kung exercises to give you a daily routine of 15 -20 minutes practice. The exercises

will be chosen for your particular needs.
