Faeeza Keshavjee

Owner and Principal Teacher of Chi Moves

 

Faeeza has over 10 years experience of teaching Infinite Tai Chi and Chi Kung along with Meditation, Stress Management and Relaxation. 

 

She brings to her teaching a profound understanding of these ancient arts and the underlying wisdom. She has studied eastern philosophy and traditions and in particular the healing aspects of Chi Gong, having studied with the College of Chinese Medicine.

 

Having studied for over 5 years with Jason Chan and the Light Foundation, she learnt the Infinite style of tai chi, a flowing meditative tai chi referred to as movement in the light. 

 

Having a Teaching Adults for Health Certificate from the City Lit which qualifies Faeeza to teach adult learners within adult education institutions. She bring to her teaching, insights and knowledge gained from many years of training in spiritual and personal development, from both Eastern and Western Traditions. 

She has been teaching at various centers in Chiswick, Ealing and Central London. In addition to teaching individual clients, at health clubs and undertaking corporate work helping employees learn techniques to relieve stress in the workplace. 

Her teaching integrates various stress management techniques utilising the wisdom and teachings of the ‘Infinite Arts’, with the intention to assist others on their path of self development and well being.

Cant make a course or workshop then why not try out our PEP, personalised

exercise plan, which consists of 3 private one hour sessions and a plan of chi kung exercises to give you a daily routine of 15 -20 minutes practice. The exercises

will be chosen for your particular needs.
