Saturday workshops 

1. DE-STRESS WITH QIGONG THERAPY

In this workshop you will learn some specific Qigong exercises to utilise in your daily life
to de stress your mind and body thus create more balance and harmony within yourself.
We shall practice healing meditation to calm the heart and clear the mind.
 
Workshop shall include:
  1. Warm ups, body tapping, meridian stretching
  2. Qigong healing movements, postures and breathwork to de-stress
  3. Self Care - self massage and accupressure
  4. Qi Meditation - Healing meditation to balance and harmonise your Qi=life force energy
  5. Create healing energy for yourself through your practice.

 

Regular practice of these exercises and meditation, will help you to create a peaceful mind, calm emotions, relax and energise your energy body and bring to your life a more meaningful heart centred connection.

 

Students are encouraged to particpate in workshops to deepen into practice and benefit from group healing energy.

2. Advanced Infinite Tai Chi workshops

For Infinite Tai Chi Students who have reached stage 3 upto stage 5

 

We shall:

  • practice the form together
  • go over the key principles and fundamentals of this internal art
  • deepen our appreciation and inner connection of our practice
  • Meditation
  • specific advanced Qigong

 

Dates: 21st January 2017 and 25th March 2017

 

Time: 11 am - 1.00 pm

Cost: £70 for two sessions or £40 for one

Cant make a course or workshop then why not try out our PEP, personalised

exercise plan, which consists of 3 private one hour sessions and a plan of chi kung exercises to give you a daily routine of 15 -20 minutes practice. The exercises

will be chosen for your particular needs.
