Weekly Evening Course on Zoom

 

 

Starts 

 

Tuesday 16th January 2024 at 7 pm to 8 pm

 

COST OPTIONS -  

 

£80 for 8 weekly sessions

 

Please note - the rate is discounted to £65 for those who are on low income who can not afford normal fee.

Basic Tips: 

 

1. Wear loose comfortable clothing

2. Footwear - Soft trainer or plimsol or in barefeet if at home ideal

3. Bring along some water 

4. Do not eat before class, leave at least 30 minutes after a snack or one hour after a light meal.
