TWO NEW ZOOM COURSES FOR JANUARY 2022

Join Teacher and Coach, Faeeza Keshavjee, from Chi Moves to learn the healing

energy art of Qigong through some simple practices which will include

movement, breathwork, mindfulness, energy awareness and hands on healing.

These gentle wholistic exercises are often referred to as moving meditations.

We shall also practice still forms of Qigong, to cultivate standing and

sitting meditation as a route to inner calm, health and wellbeing.

 

DAY COURSE

 

JOIN NOW ON 25TH JANUARY 2022 for 6 weeks

 

Times: 11 am to 12 pm

 

EVENING COURSE

 

JOIN NOW ON 26TH JANUARY 2022 for 6 weeks

 

Times: 7.15. pm to 8.15 pm

 

 

Cost: £55 for 6 weeks. The day and evening course are interchangeable so for example, if you book the day course and miss a session you can attend any evening wednesday session instead and vice versa. Classes can be carried forward only during the course period. 

 

Cost for drop in sessions £12 - if booking please do an hour before class so you can be sent the zoom link for the course of 8 sessions. If not possible then please email faeeza@chimoves.co.uk to inform her of your attendance so she can send you the zoom link. You can then make payment after the class. Thank you!

STILL AND MOVING MEDITATIONS

Join us every Tuesday in November to learn Tai Chi and Qigong for 5 weekly sessions

Join Teacher and Coach, Faeeza Keshavjee, from Chi moves to learn the healing energy arts of Tai Chi and Qigong through some simple practices which will include movement, breathwork, mindfulness and energy awareness.

These gentle wholistic exercises are often referred to as moving meditations.

We shall also practice still forms of Qigong, to cultivate standing and sitting meditation as a route to inner calm, health and wellbeing.

Course Cost : £60 for 5 weekly one hour sessions or 

Subsidised Course fee - £50 for those on low income who can not afford normal rate

Course starts on 2nd November 2021. Times : 11am - 12 pm

All the exercises will be gentle and soft and suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. However, if you have any medical conditions please do seek your doctors approval before undertaking any form of physical exercise.

 

Evening course at Arts Educational Institute

Bath road, Chiswick, London W4  ( Turnham Green Tube station 3 minute walk or free parking on nearby roads)

 

This 7 week course starts on 29th September 2021 - NOW FULL

 

Times : 7pm to 8pm

 

Beginners Welcome  A 30 - 60 minute private introductory session will be required in order to join. This is so that each student completes an introduction to the principles and philosophy and in additon advice on posture and alignment. Cost from £30 by arrangement

 

Course Cost : £90 for 7 sessions

Subsidised rate : £70 for 7 sessions ( for those who can not afford normal rate)

Introductory Trial Class: £15 per session ( only available for first session)

 

 Day Course at Gunnersbury Park Museum
