This course will focus on cultivating heartfelt presence which will allow one to begin to integrate energy of mind, body and heart to enhance your mental, emotional and physical well being on a regular basis.
The course will consist of specific Meditation and Qigong exercises, combining western and eastern practices in the art of awareness, breathwork and stillness of both body and mind.
This course will be online and will provide material to support your learning through video recordings, audio and a themed curriculum.
Course content will include specific Qigong exercises, Standing and Sitting Meditations, Qi Self Massage and group Coaching
