STILL AND MOVING MEDITATIONS

Join Teacher and Coach, Faeeza Keshavjee, from Chi moves to learn the healing energy arts of Tai Chi and Qigong through some simple practices which will include movement, breathwork, mindfulness and energy awareness.

These gentle wholistic exercises are often referred to as moving meditations.

We shall also practice still forms of Qigong, to cultivate standing and sitting meditation as a route to inner calm, health and wellbeing.

Ealing Day Course 

Wednesday 17th April 2024 at 11.30 am - 12.30 pm


Course Fee for one class per week for 6 weeks - £75

Subsidised Course fee £55 (for those on low income who can not afford normal rate)

Day Course Venue: St Andrews Church Centre, Mount Park Road, Ealing London W5 2RS
 
Free parking in area at this time, please check signs for restricted times
 
Nearest Train station is Ealing Broadway, which is less than 10 minutes walk to venue
 
 

All the exercises will be gentle and soft and suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. However, if you have any medical conditions please do seek your doctors approval before undertaking any form of physical exercise.

Please note sessions maybe subject to change, however notice will be given as to dates of rescheduled classes.
