Qigong and Tai Chi for Wellbeing

Join Teacher and Coach, Faeeza Keshavjee, from Chi moves to learn the healing energy arts of Tai Chi and Qigong through some simple practices which will include movement, breathwork, mindfulness and energy awareness. We will practice a short Tai Chi form which can be accompanied by an online Tai Chi learning course available additonaly. 

These gentle wholistic exercises are often referred to as moving meditations.

We shall also practice still forms of Qigong, to cultivate standing and sitting meditation as a route to inner calm, health and wellbeing.

Ealing Day Course starts

Wednesday 22nd January at 11.30 am - 12.30 pm


Course Fee for one class per week for 8 weeks - £110

Subsidised Course fee £85 (for those on low income who can not afford normal rate)

Nearest Train station is Ealing Broadway, which is about 10 minutes walk to venue
 
 

All the exercises will be gentle and soft and suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. However, if you have any medical conditions please do seek your doctors approval before undertaking any form of physical exercise.
